The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the atmosphere inviting, and the staff noticeably attentive to customer feedback. Unlike many soft launches that require weeks to stabilize, this team is already operating at 95% readiness. The food was fresh and high-quality, the music energizing, and the environment well-maintained. This level of operational maturity so early is rare. I hope they sustain these standards long-term—I’d love to see them thrive as a standout in the Tri-Valley dining scene. Special recognition goes to Kenny, the new manager, whose leadership was clearly visible. He personally engaged with guests and handled feedback with professionalism and care. His team reflects that same ethos: Trish showed exceptional kindness in assisting my senior parents with their meal; Alex, who trained the crew, ensured every team member understood the service flow; and Eli, though not assigned to our table, stepped in to help with grace and team spirit. The synergy and dedication of this crew made our Korean BBQ experience feel elevated and memorable. Credit to the owner for assembling such a capable team. I’m already looking forward to returning with friends to support what I believe will become a local favorite.

Chako Restaurant was incredibly clean, and the food was delicious! I ordered both the hotpot and BBQ, and only had to pay an additional $4, which was totally worth it. The ingredients were fresh, healthy, and very clean . you could really taste the quality. The server was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It’s a great place to come with friends or family. 10/10!

From the moment we sat down, Raymond went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was attentive, informative, and genuinely passionate about making sure we enjoyed our meal to the fullest. Whether it was explaining the menu, offering recommendations, or just checking in with a warm smile! Caylee was equally phenomenal. She frequently checked in on us with such kindness and care, making sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Her thoughtfulness and cheerful attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. The ordering system through the tablet was super convenient — lightning fast, easy to use, and ensured everything came out fresh and exactly as ordered. Combined with the high-quality food and unbeatable service, this made for a flawless evening. If you’re looking for delicious Korean BBQ paired with genuine hospitality that makes you feel valued and appreciated, this is the place. AYCE Korean BBQ has good reviews. I’m in! I found Chako Korean BBQ & Hot Pot on the internet. The restaurant offers AYCE, and the reviews are excellent. I love their dining room as soon as I walked into the restaurant. Our waitress is very lovely, and the other employees are also super helpful and friendly. The meals are good compared to most Korean BBQ restaurants. I tried KBBQ only this time. I didn’t try the hot pot. I’ll try it next time when I come again!

You guys deserve 10 stars. And I will take the time to give you my most sincere compliments. My 6 friends and I drove an hour to come here to enjoy this BBQ and it was really worth it. When we walked in the door, 2 female staff greeted us with bright smiles, because I had an appointment at 7 o'clock, she led me to the table. When I ordered food, a guy named Delvon came to serve and guide me very enthusiastically and thoughtfully, always asking about us, I really appreciate the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the staff here. The food here is very fresh and delicious. The staff and the restaurant owner are very kind, they even gave us a very large piece of beef, because we had eaten many dishes and were full, I refused. Thank you for your hospitality and respect for customers, and you also gave me a 10% discount on the total bill. I will introduce my relatives to come here to enjoy your delicious food.
